BOX2BOX FC AND CHARLESANN FC SANCTIONED BY THE DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE

Following the disruption of a match during the United Football Championship (UFC) 2025 season involving the management of Box2Box FC and Charlesann FC, the Disciplinary Committee has deemed it necessary to issue a strong verbal warning to both clubs. The Committee considers such conduct unacceptable and contrary to the principles of discipline, sportsmanship, respect, unity and peaceful competition upon which the United Football Championship is founded. At this stage, the Committee has resolved to issue a warning to both clubs. However, any repetition of the same or a similar incident in the future will attract financial penalties and other stricter disciplinary measures, in accordance with the League's Rules and Regulations. Such measures may include fines, points deductions, suspension or other appropriate sanctions. The Disciplinary Committee therefore strongly encourages the management of Box2Box FC and Charlesann FC to demonstrate exemplary conduct going forward and to ensure that their players, coaches, officials, supporters and representatives uphold the standards expected of participating clubs. As participants in the United Football Championship, club management are not only representatives of their respective teams but also ambassadors and role models to athletes, stakeholders, their communities and the nation at large. We urge both clubs to take this warning seriously and use it as an opportunity to promote discipline, unity, peace, respect and fair play throughout the competition. Disciplinary Committee, United Football Championship.
